Brothers, Gino and Kenny, as well as their cousin, Jimmy have recently purchased Primavera Restaurant. Gino manages the Kitchen, Jimmy manages the Bar and Kenny manages the Floor. Together, they bring NYC food, atmosphere and contemporary Northern Italian fine cousine to Croton Falls.
Chef-Owner, Gino, began his career in the area of the Adriatic Sea where he specialized in preparing varieties of fish and homemade pasta. After several years, Gino brought his unique experience to the NYC restaurant, Dolphin. After that, Gino moved on to Giraffe Restaurant, where he specialized in fine Italian dining. In 1999, he opened Dimora Restaurant in Alpine. Dimora was very successful and that launched the opening of Primavera Restaurant in Croton Falls.
Kenny's history travels all the way back to Coco Pazzo on 74th Street in NY. He worked as a Manager in the mid nineties, until he ventured off to Grisson's in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, where he was the General Manager. In 1999, Kenny met up with Gino, when they both went to Dimora. There, Kenny managed the Front and Gino the Kitchen.
Jimmy worked in and around NYC for most of the nineties, but spent most of his time at Toscana Restaurant in Mid-Town as the Maitre'd. He also worked at Chelcy Tratoria Restaurant as the Maitre'd when he decided to join his family to open Primavera.
